Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a track record of leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets
- Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards
- Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams
- Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate production reports and records
Requirements
- Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software
